Affected by PFAS?

Your story matters.

Our Mission

Living With PFAS is a public archival project dedicated to recording and preserving the stories of individuals, communities, and ecosystems affected by PFAS.

Our mission is to create a platform for sharing collective experiences that support future action and decision-making. We believe that technical and scientific data alone are not enough to capture the full impact of PFAS. We also need stories.

This project will ultimately combine PFAS stories and scientific information through a multimedia, interactive map.

  • Enhance Understanding

We enhance public understanding by collecting and preserving stories about people and ecosystems affected by PFAS.

  • Build Connections

We connect personal narratives to scientific data and elevate lived experiences as a form of expertise.

  • Ignite Activism

We create change by amplifying the voices and stories of individuals and environments shaped by PFAS.

What Our Storytellers Are Saying
